Who we are

Roxi is operated by Rendak, LLC ("we"), whose text-messaging programs are registered under the brand name MajorAttention. Contact: support@rendakllc.com.

What we collect

Your phone number, the messages you send us, and the answers you give during onboarding (your name, the goal you describe, what gets in the way, why it matters, and your preferred check-in time). If you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment details; we never see your full card number.

How we use it

Only to run the service: to send your scheduled check-in, to reply to your messages, and to personalize those replies to the goal you told us about. Replies are generated with the help of an AI language model that is given your onboarding answers and recent conversation.

SMS opt-in data and sharing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share data only with the vendors required to deliver the service — messaging carriers and providers, Stripe for billing, and our hosting and AI providers — and only as needed to operate it.

Opting out

Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages and cancel billing. Reply HELP for help, or email support@rendakllc.com.

Retention and deletion

We keep your conversation while you are subscribed so the service remembers context, and for up to 90 days after cancellation. Email support@rendakllc.com with your phone number to have your data deleted sooner.

Children

The service is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
