The service

Roxi is a text-message accountability service operated by Rendak, LLC (text-messaging programs registered under the brand name MajorAttention). It sends scheduled check-ins and conversational replies, generated with the help of AI, to help you follow through on goals you set. It is not therapy, coaching by a licensed professional, or medical, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US) or your local emergency number.

SMS Terms

By texting ROXI to (470) 916-7630 you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Roxi (Rendak, LLC) at the number you texted from. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies (about 1–3 messages per day). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help, PAUSE to pause check-ins.

Billing

$1 for your first month, then $9/month. Cancel anytime by texting STOP. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel by texting STOP or through the billing portal linked from heyroxi.com/manage. Refunds for the current period are at our discretion; email support@rendakllc.com.

Acceptable use

You must be 18 or older. Don't use the service to harass anyone, send unlawful content, or attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or misuse the system.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Rendak, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past three months.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
